Red headed woodpecker

The other day at mom's house we saw a Red Headed Woodpecker. That is the first I have ever seen and a real treat. He was dining on suet that she puts out for the birds. Since she backs up to woods you never know what animal may appear and entertain you. The problem is that she also gets many deer who eat all of her outside plants and that makes landscaping almost impossible. Happy travels.
