It rained while we are in McAllen as in cats and dogs. The power went out in some places. But, we loved the rain since it has been a long time here since the last measurable rain. We also heard that Kerrville had rain last night. It has been so dry in south and central Texas. There have been too many fires and homes and lives lost as well. Hopefully this rain will help begin to replenish water tables. yeah RAIN! Happy travels.
