Barbeque

Clayton and Susan spent yesterday barbecuing a feast for the staff here. They cooked brisket, chicken (cooked over an open can of root beer), and sausage. They then provided potato salad, beans, and tortilla wraps. There was enough food to feed anyone who showed up. It was excellent! The food was cooked to perfection, and all enjoyed the companionship, as well as enjoying a great barbecue. The surprise of the evening was the return of vacationing work campers Ken and Connie. They were glad to be home again after three weeks away. We were glad to see them return. Dessert was provided by Lois and Dave, who also made the beans. We waddled away from the feast and were thankful to be working with such generous folks. Happy travels.
