It rained off and on all day today. At times it was even heavy. We were delighted to get every drop and hope this begins to help with our drought as well as beginning to fill our lakes. Since we were not able to walk here we drove to a large nearby mall and walked both levels. We don't know exactly how much walking was accomplished but it sure felt good to walk.
Later after a bit of shopping at Cost Co. we came home and spent the rest of the day quietly. Max got a bit scared at the lightening and thunder and sat on my lap the whole time. He is still here and keeping me warm even though I don't need the extra warmth.
Tonight we are watching White Christmas with Bing Crosby, a movie we had not ween in years. It appears to be a colored version of the film and Bing has very blue eyes. Happy travels.
