Herb, status

Today we went over late this morning and visited with Herb and Sue.   Herb seemed glad to see us and brought us up to speed on his stage four cancer.  He is still positive about his chances and trying to do whatever is reasonable to help his progress.   Currently he is in the middle of radiation therapy and on Friday is scheduled to have a feeding tube installed that will allow direct access to his intestinal area with food to help him gain some strength, enough to enable him to undergo chemo-therapy.  He has much ahead of him and we will assist in any way that we can to help both Herb and Sue deal with this difficult situation in his life.   We appreciate your thoughts and prayers on his behalf.   I will keep this blog up to date  on his situation as it unfolds while we are here.   Happy travels.
