We are seriously thinking of becoming work campers. Generally, it is providing work at a campground in exchange for staying at the site for free. Our friend Byron does this in Durango, CO, during the summer months, and we might be able to do it there also. We might be able to do the same thing here at our RV resort in Kerrville and plan to talk with the owner manager very soon and see what could be arranged and when.
Several years ago we did the same thing when we worked for Arthur at his B & B on Friday harbor in the San Juan Islands. It was good hard work, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. So we shall see what comes to pass and keep you informed for sure. Happy travels.
