We did our morning walks and then later on the laundry. Finally done with chores, we left the RV park to go downtown to try a new soup and salad restaurant. We met Hollis and Byron there and also several folks from church stopped to visit as well. It makes us feel like we really live here. The lunch was good and filling.
We left after lunch to visit the opthomologist, and I got a good result. No more trouble with a detached retina. For that I am quite thankful. Home followed by a brief nap, and then we enjoyed the sunset here, geese flying over, and the beginning nightly visits of bats. It grew dark, and Max and I went for another short walk, and we can now settle down to an evening of reading. Guess that is all for today. Happy travels.
